Mental Health Therapy

At Counseling 2 Hope, we offer mental health therapy for individuals, couples, and families. We can help you find hope in an otherwise hopeless situation, ascertain peace in a difficult season, and rediscover joy.

Many of us struggle with anxiety, depression, anger, mental health, relationships, grief/loss, or trauma. Our Person-Centered approach to therapy emphasizes an empathetic, non-judgmental method that focuses on providing support, acceptance, and encouragement.

Addiction Counseling

We offer comprehensive substance use and addiction counseling that is fully integrated with mental health therapy. Because addiction and mental health often go hand in hand, it is vital to treat both simultaneously to support long-term healing and full recovery. Our approach addresses the underlying emotional, psychological, and behavioral aspects of both conditions—empowering you to reclaim your life with hope and support.

Christian Counseling

At Counseling 2 Hope, our Christian counseling integrates Biblical truths with evidence-based mental health therapy. We believe true healing involves the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. Guided by the promise in Jeremiah 29:11, we trust that God has plans to give you hope and a future.
